Hello, my name is Eryk Voelker and thank you for visiting Home Network Security. Home Network Security is located in the SF bay area. We are committed to helping you with all of your tech related problems. In addition to computer related concerns, if we can, we will install home theater systems, radios, surround sound, or any other appliance that you might need help installing or configuring. If you live within Santa Clara County we will drive out to your home or small business, if you live outside Santa Clara County but still in the SF bay area please contact us and we may be able to accommodate you.

1. Guarantee and Warranty Info
2. PC Optimization: Due to the fact that new spyware and malicious programs are made and released everyday there is no way that Home Network Security can guarantee that your PC will continually run at its full potential for any long period of time. We will however extend a one (1) week grace period. If any non related problems are the cause, then you will be subject to charge for all services rendered.
3. PC Security: Due to the ever changing software environments like hot fixes, software patches, upgrades, service packs, new viruses, Trojan horses, and worms being released every day, week, or month Home Network Security can not guarantee the your system will remain at its securest for every long. Also the inherent nature of a network and the Internet there is no 100% secure system; it is not possible. How ever we will extend a one (1) month grace period to help keep your system as secure as possible. Restrictions do apply, so please contact use for more information. If any non related problems are the cause, than you will be subject to charge for all services.
4. PC Repair: Most PC hardware comes with a warranty. As the user you will be responsible for fulfilling any registration information to activate and maintain the hardware's warranty. Home Network Security will warranty work done for a three (3) month period. If need be, Home Network Security will get the part from a local vendor (charges may apply). If any non related problems are the cause than you will be subject to charge for all services.
5. Network Install & Repair: Networks, both wired and wireless are subject to many environmental conditions and changes. Any one of these changes can cause your network to become inoperative. Because of this Home Network Security will extend a grace period of one (1) month. During this one (1) month period we will walk you through a simple network trouble shoot and reset. If the problem persists then a technician will be dispatched. If any non related problems are the cause than you will be subject to charge for all services.
6. Neither I (Eryk Voelker) nor Home Network Security takes any responsibility for customer data whether it is lost, corrupted or damaged the repair process. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that there data is backed up prier to any services preformed. Furthermore, if asked by the customer, a backup copy of the customers information can be made but Home Network Security can not be held liable for faulty media, software or mishandling. Personal information is sole the responsibility of the customer.
